About Lucia Rosa-Altamirano

Purchasing or selling a home, whether it be pre-existing or newly built, should be one of the most memorable and exciting experiences of a family or person’s life. Selecting the right home can oftentimes seem overwhelming and stressful. However, it should not be. From firsthand experience, I understand the good and bad variables that can be associated with home buying and selling. This is why I pursued my goal of becoming a real estate agent.

Trust is my most valued quality and I apply it in every aspect of my personal and professional life. By establishing trust with my clients, I know it not only lessens the stress but also builds a relationship that extends beyond closing. I am passionate about the details and ensuring I meet every expectation of my clients. It is my duty to have the upmost integrity and be loyal to you throughout the entire process. I guarantee a relentless work ethic and consistent communication throughout the entire experience. It is my hope that by selecting me to represent you, I will not just be your agent but your friend.

A little about myself, I am a native of New England, raised in the inner city where I enjoyed the diverse population and cultures of different ethnic backgrounds.
I am a veteran of the United States Army in which I served 3 years, a mother to two children (ages 3 and 13), and a military spouse. We have been stationed at Fort Stewart since 2015 and will ultimately retire here. The closeness of the community and its welcoming people have led to many relationships and have made us feel truly like we have found our forever home.

I want to thank you in advance for your considering me to represent you in this experience. I look forward to helping you along this very important journey.
